ENERGY SAVINGS

COMPREHENSIVE EQUIPMENT TUNE-UP SERVICES

HilCo Mechanical performs a comprehensive tuneup on the equipment. This service is performed at approximately 6-month intervals. A complete checklist will be furnished upon completion of each tuneup.

ENERGY SAVINGS AGREEMENT

1. HilCo Mechanical will perform tuneups from Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
2. For program members, there is a 10% discount on parts and labor for any repairs needed between tuneups.
3. Priority service will be given to program members vs. non-program members.
4. Our standard repair warranty of 90 days parts and labor will be extended to a 1 year parts and labor for service agreement customers.
5. HilCo Mechanical will provide 24-hour emergency service seven days a week. This service will be at overtime rates less 10% discount.
6. In the event you sell your house, this program is transferable (in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area). Written notice is required.
