This letter is just to tell you how very much we are pleased with our new heat/pump that you folks installed for us last August. Up until that time we had been struggling along trying to keep cool with our old air conditioning unit.
On a Saturday evening, having just returned from a two-week vacation, we discovered that the air conditioning had quit on us and it was getting very warm. We started looking through the Yellow Pages for someone who could rescue us from the heat and found your ad. An emergency call connected us with your technician who listened to our plea for help and came to our rescue within the hour. In little over an hour we had cool air again.
Since we had already realized we would have to replace the old unit, your technician came back to give us a proposal for a new heat/pump. We soon accepted the proposal and on the following Tuesday we were the proud owners of a new heat/pump and it has been working perfectly ever since keeping us nice and cool in the summer heat.
